Record A Screencast And Save In MP4

VClip 1.0 is a simple tool to capture short video clip + loopback audio (speaker sound) from your screen pixels and speaker waves.

VClip can output to many format (MP4, WEBM, OGG, AVI, GIF), and comes with 3 fps options

How to use VClip?
Open VClip and resize the window around the area on your screen that you want to record. Before you click ‘Record’ open the drop-down menu next to the Record button and select from the three frame rates 

After you finish recording, click the Save the screencast  in MP4 format. Or other formats
