Stream any music or audio from your PC to your Android Device

Step 1 - Download and install SoundWire On Windows. It will start a server on your desktop. Wait until the app’s Status field reads "Connected"

Step 2 - launch the SoundWire  app On your Android device,  and tap the icon once to get it to scan your network for a running server. It should automatically detect the one running on your desktop 

Now will be send to your Android mobile. You can listen to it from the device’s speakers .
